Paula Patton is an actress and producer well-known for her leading roles in the action movie Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol as well as the dramatic film Precious. Born into a middle-class family located in Los Angeles, she harboured huge dreams when she was a kid. A passion for film in her daughter was something that was a gift from her mother she also enjoyed watching films. Paula was active in her school's co-curricular activities and was particularly drawn to the dramatic arts. She loved being in stage shows with her friends. After starring in numerous shows at her high school, Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and deciding to make acting her career. She was part of at the University of Southern Cal's summer program, and enjoyed the experience to death. She was awarded the PBS project for three months to shoot documentary films. After she had completed the assignment in three months the first task was working in the production department of television documentaries. Next, she was going to begin producing documentaries. She still had a dream to become an actress, even though she was happy in her present job. Her first acting gig came with a small role in Will Smith's romantic comedy Hitch. Since then she has appeared on many TV and film series.
