Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone is an Indian actress who is mainly seen in Hindi film. The actress has won three Filmfare Awards have been given to her, making her among India's most popular and well-paid actors. In lists of some of America's top people; Time named her one of the 100 most influential individuals in the world in 2018, and she was awarded an award called the TIME100 Impact Award in 2022. Padukone had the honor of being the youngest daughter to badminton champion Prakash Padukone. Padukone was born in and grew up in Bangalore. When she was a teen, she played badminton in National level competitions. She later walked away from her sport to work as a fashion model. She soon received offers for films and was first seen in 2006 with the title character of her debut film Kannada film Aishwarya. Padukone also played a two-part part alongside Shah Rukh Khan in her first Bollywood film, the romantic Om Shanti Om (2007) in which she was awarded an award called the Filmfare Award for Best Female debut.
